Objective: People who have higher social health can more successfully deal with the challenges and ups and downs of playing key social roles and participate more in collective activities and prevent social deviations and anomalies. In this regard, foresight and the development of a forward-looking strategy model by the media can play an important role in promoting the social health of their audience (individuals).method: This research has been done qualitatively and quantitatively. In the qualitative phase, content analysis and Q methods were used, and in the quantitative phase, factor analysis was used to analyze the Q method data.Results: The content analysis of the media in this study showed that the most media production in the field of social deviations with 576 cases and the lowest media production in the field of violence with 237 cases. The field of social quality with 485 and the field of social issues with 312 cases are in the second and third ranks. A small questionnaire was made and based on it, the desired model was designed using PLS software. Conclusion: This model showed that the function of media is effective in promoting social health of society and can have the greatest impact on improving quality of life, reducing violence, reducing social deviations and social issues.

Therefore, they expend a lot of money for employment, preservation and promotion of their personnel. One of the most important methods for achieving this goal is training people constantly to make them familiar with new work methods and procedures and encourage them to create new methods. The object of this paper Diagnosing perceptions and subjectivities of public organizations’ employees about training. Therefore, the research uses Q research method. The results of factor analysis determine three types of subjectivities in Public organizations. One group is named enthusiasts, another named profiteers and last group named critics. This research has been done in Iran Power Development Company (IPDC) that is a public organization.

In the organizational world, women have more opportunities to participate and compete with men. Despite the increasing participation of women in organizations, the advancement and entry of women into high positions faces obstacles known as the glass ceiling. In this regard, the present study was conducted with the aim of identifying barriers to the promotion of women using the qualitative Q method in the National Iranian Oil Company. Q statement were explored through 19 selected studies based on research protocols and media sources such as publications, newspapers, television programs, and conversations with experts and elites. Then, a questionnaire consisting of 39 cards and an answer sheet (Q diagram) was given to 43 experts who expressed their opinion based on a range of strongly agree (+4) to strongly disagree (4-). The collected data were analyzed by Q-type explorative factor analysis using SPSS software. The results showed that there are seven perceptions and mental groups about the obstacles faced by women in achieving managerial positions. In these mental models, the statements “less skill of women in political games”, “less ability of women to bear the psychological pressures of managerial jobs”, “family priority over work for women”, “Womenchr('39')s dependence on men in terms of geography and place of residence” “need a flexible work plan” were among the most important barriers to womenchr('39')s career advancement.

This manuscript suggests an efficient scheme to find an approach for a class of differential equations arsing in the quantum calculus. The present scheme considers the solution in the form of a truncated Taylor series near zero with unknown coefficients. Then, by placing this approach into the problem and collocating the relation which is obtained at some nodes, a system of algebraic equations is achieved. The solution of this algebraic system is the unknown coefficients of the series. The ability of present method is examined by some examples.

Cultural entrepreneurship is one of the dimensions of economic development. Focusing on it is one of the factors behind the progress and success of the developed countries. This has led to more attention in this category in Iran. More recently it has become one of the main sources of income for artists in the field of art and culture. The current research aims to identify and categorize the entrepreneurial mindset of cultural entrepreneurship in Ilam province. The theoretical framework of this research is a kind of interpretive-positivist paradigm. The research method in terms of purpose is an applied, exploratory, and using Q method. In this regard, first, using theoretical literature and conducting semi-structured interviews with 12 cultural experts in the field of cultural entrepreneurship selected as snowball sampling, 110 effective factors in cultural entrepreneurship were identified. Of these factors, 43 factors were selected as the sample of the research. Then, eight of the professors and experts in the field of cultural entrepreneurship were selected purposefully And their mentality after rating Q cards was identified using exploratory factor analysis in SPSS software. The results showed that eight subjects had a total of three mental patterns on cultural entrepreneurship: cultural innovation, cultural marketing and cultural affairs. These patterns account for 63. 810% of total variance. The first mental pattern is 29. 480 percent, the second mental pattern is 19. 291 percent, and the third subjective pattern is 15. 039 percent of the total variance.
